Breed and Sex of This 5-Week Chick?

We got a mystery chick with our McMurray order, and I can't figure out what this dark one could be. Any ideas on the breed or sex?

It is by far the least friendly and most skittish of the bunch.

It has legs of preposterous proportions - but it is indeed female, as that coloration would look way different if she were male.

It's a silver pencilled rock but I think it is probably a cockerel. Give it a few more weeks before deciding its gender.

Silver Pencilled Rock cockerel. I've raised this breed and variety. Even cockerels grow in pencilled wings. A female would not have as much black on it's chest or white on the shoulders

I was thinking those legs looked super heavy for a pullet…but I am no expert!
