Feathered legs, full size?

no, its laying and maybe half the size of my blue rock hen, bones are petite, but not like my bantam cochins. and theres not alot of fluffly but and leg hair either like my cochins.
Can rock bantams have feather legs?
I was thinking Dominique maybe, her black and white is very bold, unlike my cuckoo maran and barred cochins.

Yes sorry, i wrote Gender? on the title, instead of Breed? usually i know the breeds. But theese were given to me by a friend, and she didnt know either lol.

Rocks and Doms both have clean legs. Where did she come from? Did you hatch her yourself?
