Breed, Gender, Age??

This little one was found alone at a local park. We were not able to find the owners, so I took it in. Any idea what breed it may be? Gender? Age? It is super tiny, smaller than my 2 month old silkies. But the red in the face is throwing me off. Thanks for any help!

Maybe a year old. It's an old English game bantam pullet. Could be barred or cuckoo, a similar color pattern that is more common.
