breed? gender? age?

I got this bird, along with 3 other, 2 weeks ago and don't know too much about them. i think there RIR's( or production reds) pullets and about 3 weeks (all of them look exactly alike).

Looks just like the three "red pullets" I got from TSC about three weeks ago.
I think we (as in the intelligent folk here at BYC) decided they were RIR or maybe Golden Comet/RIR cross.

I have one that has dark red wings with white tips, some black mixed in and a darker back, lighter head... and two that look just like yours.

Looks like my production reds at that age they are super sweet!
