Red sex-links, according to McMurray Hatchery, are good to butcher at 12 weeks. But ours didn't get big enough that fast. We butchered around 17 weeks, I think. Not like a grocery store chicken, but good.

1-2) Silver-Laced Polish - cograts, looks like a pullet to me!

3) Blue Cochins - the one on the right is a cockerel, the one on the left looks like a pullet

4) Splash Cochin - cockerel

5-6) Red sexlink Cockerels.
