Better pictures? I think the first one is a pulletAnybody have any guesses on breed and or gender of these two 14 wk old chicks
I also agree the first one is a pullet and the black one a cockerel. If you look, he is getting his rooster tail. Very fun to keep a roo in your flock if your able too.First one is a Red Sex Link pullet, though I am questioning if she's a Whiting True Green. The second one is a black Ameraucana cockerel. Where did you get them?
Got at TSC and My mother-in-law thought keyword thought they said prairie Blue Bell Green Egger and no clue on the black one. It does have puffy cheeks and beard see photo belowBoth are pullets. The first is either an EE, Whiteing True Green/Blue, Prairie Bluebell, or some other hatchery colored layer. The black is an Ameraucana or EE, depending on what color egg she will lay.
Bought at TSCBoth pullets, in my opinion. I think the first is a Starlight Green Egger or Whiting True Green, depending on the source hatchery. The black one looks like a pure Ameraucana to me, but I could be wrong. Might be an Easter egger or olive egger.
