We have about 48 chickens, out of those 48 we have three that we don't know what are, well actually we have more than that but right now I only have pictures of three until I get my camera working correctly again.

The hen in the first pic appears to be a speckled Sussex. How old are the chicks? Are they large fowl or bantams? What kind of combs do they have? Did they come from your flock, a hatchery, or other source?

First one - is she brown with the white, or is she black with the white and feathered legs? Brown, clean legged would be Speckled Susses. Black with feathered legs, Mottled Cochin.
Second is a little Easter Egger
Third looks like it could be a Old English Game. Is is a bantam? If so, that would be my call.

The chicks are about a week old and came from tractor supply co. They are bantams.

And the hen, she is black and white. We have a few issues with her. she gets extremely nervous and doesn't like to be around the other chickens.

The hen is huge like a buff orpington hen, she actually looks like one except a few differences.

On the second one i can't really tell what kind of comb it has it's too young.

I think the last one is a straight comb, but it's still pretty young too.

So, revising my first post... Not a speckled Sussex then. Does she have feathered legs? What color are her legs? What color are her ear lobes?

The chick in the last pic is probably an OEGB. Not sure on the second pic. What kind of comb does it have?

Here are some more pics of my mystery hen aka Miss Hen.

Here is one pullet we got her from atwoods, she was there with one other chick so we got both, and I can't catch the other to get a picture of her.

Here is a hen I got from a guy the other day, he said she is full grown, and is about 1 and a half years old. As you can see here she is slightly bigger than my roll of duct tape. She has a straight comb and yellowish grayish legs.

And this one I know what it is, but I need a second opinion on male or female?
