Somone in my town was trying to sell these on craigslist and are unsure of the breed. I was wanting to know what they are before I buy them if anyone can ID them.

It is very hard to tell this young. I will say out of the more common brredb, maybe Leghorn?

They could be many different breeds. The most popular with that pattern that come to mind are Welsummers and Brown leghorns. @Lauren Adams can't be Ameraucanas, the leg coloring is wrong and the don't have muffs/beards.
Mine had noticeable muffs at three days.Good point I could not good quite a good look at the legs lol and they are slightly young for muffs/beards
