Just trying to figure out what breed they can be with feathered legs. Not tons of options. Cochins, Brahmas, Marans, olive eggers are the most likely for large fowl.

TSC is usually supplied by Hoover's - leader of mixed breeds. I'm with you on likely OE's.

I just meant with yellow skin they weren't Marans or first generation Marans Mixes.
