Breed of a 12 Week Old Pullet

Please help us identify the breed of our girl, Peach. She was sold as a Speckled Sussex, which she is obviously not. The breeder later told me she looked like a Whiting, but I would like to know what you all think.

(She is missing some tail feathers because another hen has been picking at her, but no worries, we are in the process of getting her a hen saddle!)

Could you point out what makes you think she's a he? I'm not familiar with the breed, so I thought the small comb at this age indicated a female. And what age should they start crowing?

He has very developed saddle feathers which only roosters have at such a length.

Saddle feathers are his long tail feathers.

The tail is long and arched, and he has pointed hackle feathers (on the neck) and saddle feathers (at the base of the tail).

Yep, definitely cockerel. The bright wing patches and pointed feathers are a dead giveaway
