Breed of this cockerel red with leg feathers

I know this guy is a roo he was bought from a feed store in Jamul. They told us they were all girls but we started to suspect. I still would like to know what this sweet guy is. He has been hand raised by my daughter and has the sweetest disposition

Yes, he crows daily. He is 16 weeks
