It's not an ameracauna, but an EE. EE's are just as good birds, just letting you know, as for sex, it is definitely a rooster!
Second bird looks like a New Hampshire.

what do you think this breed is and I was just sitting in the coup and she jumped up on my leg and let me pet her , first time that happened

That's a Rhode Island Red hen. They're great layers and super friendly!
