Breed? Sex?

The drake in question is the one in front. It's not a great picture-he's not a fan of the camera.

Here is a better picture of our Rouen and the other questionable one. The one I'm unsure of is the one without the white neck ring. He has the trademark white/blue/white stripe on his wings and a green head. However, his chest is mainly grey with just a few brown feathers and no neck ring. Any ideas?

We are finally getting eggs from the mom (wow! She took a long time to adjust to her new digs!) and they are blue....is that a Swedish ancestry thing?
 
They are mixed breed ducks since the mother and father are different breeds. You have mutts as for sexing its best to be done by voice until the males have a tail curl.
