Breed Suggestions - A month on

It was a month ago I posted to find out breed, the responses were most definitely a light Sussex for the white one but I had mixed responses for the black hen, most people suggesting a cuckoo maran. So a month has gone by and Dotty looks so much better than she did since she arrived!

Does anyone think differently to breeds now they are a bit older?

The first one is a bardrock the second is a Columbian wyandotte

"Black" one is a Barred Rock. Can we get a clear close up pic of the white ones face. One pic looks single combed and the other pic looks rose combed.

Since the barred bird looks to have white legs, it is probably a Cuckoo Marans. The other is a Light Sussex.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Suggestions have changed quite a bit in a month but I've had fun googling the breeds and finding out more

The legs on the 'black' one seem white but have a very faint tint of yellow.
