I voted for Delaware because they seem like a hardy and beautiful breed (and so fluffy!). All of the breeds on your list are wonderful, though; you can't really go wrong!

Olive Eggers bc you never know what they could look like! They are all different and unique.............and............you get stunning greenish olive eggs!!

Another plug for Black Australorps! When I expand my flock next spring, it will be with more of those, or Buff Orpington over BA cross, as I have all BA pullets and a BO cockerel.

They are beautiful in the sunlight. If I'd known how iridescent they are, I would have named one of mine Opal.

Of these three, I think that I'm leaning towards delaware or australorp, but cream legbar isn't out of the running yet.

We have australorps, cream legbars, golden laced wyandottes and an olive egger. I'd recommend any of them but voted cream legbar. They're our favorites for the blue eggs, good production, fun crests, independent but fun temperament, and being sexable at hatch. They do like to range, though. Olive eggers with legbar in them are often similar and we love ours. Next I'd probably go australorp. Docile, productive, and hardy.
