Breed?

Hello my wonderful chicken loving friends! I am new to the chicken world so please be patient with me : ) I have three chickens which are 4 months old. There are small because the feed store gave us the wrong food and now are on the right track. Poor babes. The reason I am writing you all is that I wanted to get your opinion on what breeds my chickens might be. I have, as the store says, 2 Ameraucana and 1 RIR. Thanks in advance for you replies!

Ragina and Phoebe are both Easter Eggers. I can't see PBH's legs, but if they're yellow, I'm thinking she's a Production Red.
