First time Chick mom

I bought Arrow as a Starlight EE. He is 15 weeks. I am wandering if he is mixed with the Bielefelder breed?
My reasons are he looks like the Bielefelder breed. He grow very large quickly (guessing 8 lbs). He is pretty calm; he still likes being pet. He matured really quick, makes sure all the other flock are in the coop, first out to make sure everything is ok, not aggressive with food. He guards the younger chick cage during the day and sleeps by the handcloth separation at night, to keep them calm.
He is defiantly a mix, he didn't have a spot on his head for male when a chick and his tail feathers are not barred. Would love others' opinions. Thanks!
