Definitely a Rouen. Mallards are very small slim ducks Rouens are more of a large bulky mallard like you have here. Just to confirm the breed, where did you get it from?(tractor supply does not sell mallards a lot of hatcheries don't even sell them)

They look rouen to me with the second eye stripe.

These are my mallards from TSC, I don't think they know what they sell as we got 2 mallards, a jumbo pekin and a welsh harlequin from them. They are about 3 months old in this pic. (drake in front, female behind him)
