I have 2. Same age. One crows. One does not. Both look identical. The one in the pic is def a rooster with a really raspy voice waiting to see if other is a rooster too???

if it looks just like this one with the long slender pointed saddles and hackles and the coloring on the wings then yes it is a cockerel as well pullets only have color on their hackles
