Breeding 5 1/2 Week Old Chicks

Hi! This is my first post here. About 5 weeks ago my family got what we thought were 10 cinnamon queen pullets, but as they’ve gotten older, we’ve realized that their coloring is much more dark and lacking any white at all. They look very similar to Rhode Island Reds, but as you can see, their coloring as 3 day old chicks was very similar to that of cinnamon queens. All of the chicks have at least some sections of black on their feathers, and one of the birds is nearly all black (as seen in the last pic). Thank you for you help!

After reading through the thread myself, I think you are thinking of the cinnamon queen as looking more like the Rhode Island Red X Rhode Island White. Whereas the ones you have have the rose comb, so must be another one of the crosses that's crossed with a rose combed breed that hatcheries sell as being Cinnamon Queens.
