Thanks, good info. I was looking over my pullet, Sassy yesterday. She is good about being handled since she was hand raised. She has a 7X7 tail feather count. She has also been laying for about a month now, poth of last summer's pullets began laying much earlier than chicks of other breeds hatched at the same time.
 
Sold eggs to a customer so more people could enjoy the fabulous variety of buff leghorns. He emailed me back two days ago and 7 out of 8 eggs hatched! Can't wait until he sends me pictures!
