I have a Boham Flock that are 13 weeks old, and I am selling all of them due to time restrictions, and the lost interest of the local 4-hers that I started this flock for.
I live in Cumberland VA and I have 2 roosters, and 9 hens left.
All 11 for $200.00 or $25.00 each, these birds came from FinnFurs stock.

Can you ship me some ?

I think Luanne is still shipping hatching eggs but not chicks at the moment due to the heat here in North Florida right now.

So I really would like to bring in one more line just to get things started for next year. Does anyone know Luanne from Eight Acres Farm? If anyone knows her and could shoot a message to help I would greatly appreciate it. Or if there's any other leads in other directions I would appreciate that as well.

I sent a message through the site asking for info on purchasing eggs or chicks, or older, ( I talked my wife into a road trip ) but haven't heard a response yet. Not complaining and I'm a pretty patient guy, but its been a week. If anyone knows her and could shoot a message to help I would greatly appreciate it. Or if there's any other leads in other directions I would appreciate that as well.

Luanne was gracious enough to send me a PM, looks like I had entered a bad email address in on the contact form and I never received her reply ... which she sent the same day. Not only that, I just sent the msg Tuesday so it hasn't even been a week. I think I'm getting a little chicken crazy!!!

Maybe you could edit your first post about it so it doesn't read as bad PR for that farm when people use the farm's name as a search term.

In May I purchased a Delaware Roo and 3 pullets from Luanne to add to my Dele flock. They were 19 weeks at the time and I placed them in a quarantine pen for a while before I integrated them. Two of the pullets started laying the first week I brought them home. They are awesome birds and while the Roo looks like he's going to be massive he's very calm as opposed to the the last two Dele Roos that I had which were hatchery birds and too aggressive to have around my grandkids. In my dealings with Luanne I found her to be a straight shooter and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Eight Acres Farm.
