breeding pair or close sisters?

I have one EE that for sure is a girl.....and one that keeps going back and forth. they are 8 weeks old So, what do you think?
This was the best I could do tonight as they have taken to sleeping on the roost at the top and I had to angle to get this one.

Also, they were sold to me as Ameraucanas, through my feed store, and I just figured they'd be EEs more than anything, but they are now growing muffs and beards....is it possible they are true Ameraucanas?

No, they are both EE's, and they both look like girls to me.

They look like EE's to me also. I think they are pullets.
