Breeding peafowl

If he is 2 year old will he?
If he was hatched in 2022 or earlier he should breed but it will depend on the hen too. If he was a late hatch he might not have developed enough meaning he may be small. If the hen does not like him she might beat him up and refuse him. These are just two reasons why you should have them together all winter so they get used to each other and the environment they will be living in. Young birds are like teenagers having sex for the first time, they don't always get it right.

Do you have any pics of a peafowl coop we are fixing an old shed but I don't know what to put in the inside
You haven't finished filling out your profile so we don't know where you live and that makes a difference on how to build your enclosure. The only thing they need in a coop is a flat wooden roost so not to freeze their toes.

And also what does a low spalding look like my peahen was meant to be pure Indian blue but she has yellow on her face

Spaldings are hybrids, a mix of the Blue and Green peafowl. They do not breed true so there are varying degrees ranging from low to high. Here is a mid range hybrid hen. In the US there are not many if any 'pure' IB.
