Breeding pen design

So I may be looking for a magic bullet that doesn't exist but figured I would ask before I go crazy trying to find a solution. I have a flock with a variety of different breeds. I also have corresponding roosters for the breeds that I would like to breed and hatch this coming spring. I am wondering if anyone has come up with a way to house the roosters and hens in breeding pens without spending an incredible amount of time chasing frozen waters or plugging in multiple water heaters. Pictures of setups would be amazing! Thanks in advance!
