Like you said about the rotation.Hi handyman42...Just back to computor to find your kind words to us...thank you...If i were to tell you that life is wonderful at our age..it just gets better and better....am so sorry about Tea's Beauty...I am preparing myself to cull quite a few when the weather permits..laying is down and time for me to cull the three year olds (past time) yes I did wait too long but !!!! just love them...the numbers are growing ..my new layers are getting ready and I will have plenty eggs... ..have to get the rotation going again...breeding pens will be in full working in the spring (maybe before because I have a 6x8 brooder)...working on one project at a time but always moving forward...fun..fun..fun thanks again and I pray you have a blessed marriage, ours --56 yrs. and going forward...Ha.G
Did you realize that when you have "too many" eggs you can scramble them and feed them back to chickens...protein..great for them..we give our girls milk and kefir..and boss..as extra treats...see ya (There I go again, just felt like talking...........) G
