Breeding questions

So lets say that i were to buy a longtailed phoenix rooster and breed it with another brown hen9dont know the species)Or any other hen,will the offspring be the same?Or have a few differences but the same beutifull colouring and tail?

You will get characteristics of each breeed You might get the color of the phoenix but the tail length of the Hens breed or you could get the coloring of the hens and the tail length of the pheonix It all depends but Go ahead and try it and have fun Breeed him with say 3-5 hens and if possible gather as many eggs as possible and incubate together and then when they are about 5-6 months old you will be able to see what you bred

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you get better tail results using a male of the other breed over a Phoenix hen vs the other way around.

Maybe your right i havent really tired to do that but you will get things from both
