Blue will only affect the black feathers on partridge, it will not affect the gold or the partridge pattern at all

Correct, I was thinking about the "Blue" gene and not the phenotype, in that case if a "Blue" silkie(Extended black, diluted by the blue gene Bl/bl+) is crossed with a partridge silkies 50% of the chicks will hatch blue, and 50% black, growing to be mostly black/blue with some gold/silver leakageBut the extended black that the blue has will effect the partridge.
It will cover most of it resulting in black or blue birds with some extent of leakage showing.
Especially on male birds.
If the blue is also silver based that would also affect the gold tones depending on which parent is the blue.
