Would an EE Rooster breed with silkies? If they do should I hatch the chicks?

He might, he might not. Some roosters mate with any hen, others don't mate with ones that they don't like, or look weird. (like a silkie) you will just have to watch him, and see. As to hatching chicks, that decision is up to you. I recommend waiting for a silkie to go broody, (because they often do) then set the eggs under her.
