Breeds and Gender

They are 5 weeks old and I was told they were EE's and someone pointed out that was false. No biggie but am looking for some answers now that they are bigger. I'm only picturing three since they are all the same. I also hope we can tell gender. I'm new to this and if I had a guess in would say pic #1 is a rooster and the other two hen's? Idk, I could be totally wrong tbh lol Hellppp lol

First chick is a cockerel.
 
At least I got him right lol Now I can confirm the other roo's I have as well. I think we will keep the one posted as he is super friendly, so I'm good with it. We have one that is already a complete jerk so at least I have options lol
