Breeds and Genders needed <3 Please and Thank you :)

Received four Chicks through the 4H program, so I am not sure what I have.
But I am guessing off of google Images that I have:
White leghorn
Some kind of Australorps?
and Rhode Island Red?

Also, Not sure if I have males or femals, but took some nice pictures this morning.
If you need better pictures, let me know and I can take more.
They are about 7 weeks old.



This one has No comb, but a huge tail.

I wanna guess this white one is a rooster?

Black one with a comb, but not much tail... rooster?

Red/Brown one has barely any comb but no tail... and the Black one is the same as in picture #1. I am worried that if the other tail-less ones are roos, then this red one might also also be a roo.

We are underground, so I definitely cannot have roosters :\\

The white one looks like my white leghorn roosters. But Im new to chickens. The black one in the third picture looks like a rooster and the other 2 hens. Again, I'm new at this!

You have two of each. The RIR and one black in the first pic are pullets; others roos. I'm not sure what your black chicks are though, that's a lot of white even for a hatchery australorp at that age (in my experience) and too much black on the legs, but perhaps someone else will know for sure.

So the combs are a dead giveaway...
I'm glad the red/brown one is a hen, because that was the kid's favorite!!

Why do you suppose the red/brown female has no tailfeathers
(like the roosters with her) and not a huge long tail like the Black hen?

Red sex link hen, white leghorn rooster, not sure about the black birds but one is a rooster.

Your black pullets look just like the birds we got from TSC this year. There were many threads here on those birds trying to figure out what they are. Most people think they are Australorps mixed with something else.

Out of the 8 black birds we have 5 that look like roos.

My guess is that the one with the comb is a roo and the other one is a pullet - based on what my birds look.

Do you have any pictures of your birds now? (So I can see what they will look like when they're older
