Breeds that need help?

I've been thinking lately, are there chicken/duck breeds that are at risk of extinction/ need conservation? I'm sure there are but which need the most help? I'd love to import some of the Belgian breeds (barbu de watermael, barbu de grubbs etc.) but what are some other breeds that are at risk? duck and chicken breeds welcome
