Breeds

Any idea on breeds? They are around 6 months except for the older black and white hen whom I was told was a cuckoo marans but I'm not for sure because I was told the younger one was a barred rock and they look similar to me. Seems everyone has a different opinion of what they all are. Help appreciated!

You might just have a cross breed. She is outstanding! With what place you're in, is it possible for you to have a cross breed? (Or do you know for sure she's not a mix).

Not sure why all my photos aren't posting.i believe the red is a cross as well.i got a rainbow mix of eggs and my broody hatched them.unfortunately she was a better mama than me and I just can't keep the all. Hoping to sell a few at a swap this weekend and I'd love to be able to give people an idea of what they are...I am also wanting to only have one of each breed(currently have 13 chickens, 2 of which are duplicate breeds I think) so I'm trying to sort them all out.

Your Barred Rock types are probably some cross, they don't have the correct leg color.

Looks like a Blue Americauna, red cross, a cuckoo maran, and possibly a barred rock, but I can't see the leg color. The difference between cuckoos and BRs, is, cuckoos have white legs, and BRs have yellow.
