Brewers yeast making 3 week old ducklings sneeze, breath loudly.

Have called the vet surgery the avian vet is not working until beginning of next week, will they be ok? The second duckling doesn't do it really it was just that one time that he/she clicked for a couple of breaths. Haven't heard either of then click since then.
Are you seeing any drainage coming from eyes or nares. Have you tried giving them any Apple cider vinegar in their water? you can mix up a gallon by using 1Tablespoon to 1 gallon if water and keep the extra in the frig. and do they constantly have access to a bowl deep enough to clean out their nares? I put ACV into my flocks buckets at least 2X a week more in very hot weather. they wash their faces with it drink it they seems to like it alot.

Most grocery stores carry it get the one with Mother in it, Braggs is one brand, Heinz is another, not sure what UK has. Well of course while their watching TV with you the shouldn't be dunking their heads. I'd get the ACV then first of the week talk to the vet.

Might want to put them on antibiotics if she feels they have a respiratory infection. Hopefully they don't, and I think if they did they wouldn't be acting right, like they are not feeling good. Are they acting like normal lil ducklings.

I don't know Mc but they sound like healthy lil things. do you know the temp in your brooder? If you can I'd let the vet take a look at them, if for no other reason than it will ease your mind. and get the ACV and start them on it.

The temp in the brooder?? Well the house is cold probably 12* Celsius but I have an ecglow chick brooder in with them And that uses radiant heat so you can't really measure it but it is like a broody hen/duck so they only go under it to warm up then Come out again, they don't really ever go under there except when they are sleeping (half in when they are sleeping) or after a bath but I don't think they are cold. Will try and get the ACV asap when you said the one with mother in it what did you mean?

That's very cool for your house Mc no chance of getting the heat fixed? Those ecglow heaters are suppose to be very nice. maybe the drastic change from in the brooder to the room temp is having an effect on them? The ACV with mothers and it will say on the bottle, is un pasterized vinegar which still retains all the vitamins and minerals like first made so it hasn't been heated at high temps. I use it for myself as a tonic too. 1 capful in a 8oz glass of water for me.

Not really any chance of getting heating fixed as we can't afford it right now, the system is very old so if we changed boiler we would have to change the whole system which would be £50,000+ I will get the ACV and se what the vet says. Good plan? I also can get hold of an electric heater for my room how warm should I make it? What ratio of ACV for the ducks?
