I have brewers yeast tables.. they are .5g per tablet and they have garlic in them... they are made by Excel. They are intended for cats and dogs to help with their skin and coat.. Is it useable for ducks?

    Hi, cskotek,

I am not sure. Garlic is not good for ducks, according to some, but if used medicinally in small quantities is okay, according to others......
  3. We use the Brewers Yeast flakes sprinkled over their peas each evening. i have read that onions and garlic can be potentially dangerous to all birds, so i wouldn't risk it.

Ok, I will just keep it for the dogs and cats. Thanks!

Where do you get the brewers yeast flakes at? What age can they start having peas?

You can get nutritional yeast flakes online relatively easily.
  7. Yes, i have seen them online through Amazon. Found some relatively inexpensive at a local store Sprouts recently.

Garlic and onion should not be fed to dogs or cats.
If you do your research you will know why
