Well, I've seen some pictures of poop here, and it's not bloody, or at least I do no think it is bloody, but it is a reddish brick color and not much thicker then water. Are they battling coccidia? Are they winning?

I see them get up and run around when I come up to the brooder. None are immobile, but this is my first half dozen.

BTW, the birds are 1 week old and fed on a medicated starter w/Amprolium. My wise, old neighbor suggested Sulmet from the feed store. Any thoughts? Is the Amprolium not working? Will the Sulmet work?

That does sound like coccidia. I just got some sulmet and luckily have not had to use it yet. I would not reccomend corid, there seems to be resistance to it. My goose was very knocked out by it in January and the vet gave her penazeryl (sp?). It worked great. Good luck!
