Brie cheese

I baked it at 350 until it oozed. (love that word) It looked really good.

Still didn't like it.

i love it - the stinkier the better!

but if you really dont love it - throw it to the hens

I think you are supposed to eat it at room temperature or warm. Try in on the cracker with a dab of strawberry jam on top. YUM, YUM.

I love all cheese!!! I like goat cheese on my scrambled eggs.
 
Brie or camembert is great with slices of pear or apple. Take a bite of each together or put on a specialty cracker.

Dang, Joe beat me to it! I have never met a cheese I didn't like, and brie is one of my most favorites!
