bright blue ear lobes

My 9 month old Ameraucana has bright blue ear lobes! I have never seen this on any of my other Ameraucanas or any of the other chickens. Is this natural? Or is this a medical issue?

Ameraucana.........so many mixed breeds being sold under that name....
