I started free choice oyster shell with the first soft shelled egg, Soo do I need to give the cuttle bones also?

No. It is just a different source of calcium.

ETA: I grind egg shells & add to there feed.

For lights i just added a string of christmas lights

that should give them all the red, green, yellow, blue, any other color they need for laying

Na i changed all the color lights out for clear bulbs
