Bright Red skin on butt area towards wings for 1 year.

2 yr old hen with red butt up to breast for 9 months now. Poor feather growth.
I have tried pcp spray, miconizole cream, Ivermectin, permathrins, and no luck reducing the redness. Treated all chickens for mites and coop every 2 weeks.
Any other ideas?

I would repost with pictures in the Emergencies, Diseases and Cures Forum for the best help with your question.

If you post some pictures here, we might be able to give you some ideas as well, but it sounds like you have covered a lot of bases! I hope there is someone here to give you good advice.
