bring on the pics embeden owners

Have you ever had an embden born yellow, first molt is white and then develop some grey? craziest thing I've ever seen. Got him/her with a bargain assortment from Holderread's in May and its a beautiful bird with stunning blue eyes and the overall embden look but getting grey feather on the edges of its wings. I'll post pics when I get home tonight.

One of my females has gray like that (the one with the black feather), but she is still young. Hopefully she will molt out of it.

Your pics are of today and in June @ 1 month old, so your goose is only 4 months old? It's perfectly natural for a young female to have gray, though kind of odd that she would have started out completely 'white'. Though, she doesn't have much gray, so maybe it just took 'full' feathering before you could notice it.

That's quite possible. What are the odds that this eb with a tiny bit of grey is indeed a BOY??

We just finished fencing in their yard and putting the siding on their coop tonight. Here's a few I took right after we finished!
