Here are Dottie and Simone, before they went to bed last night. They're now in the habit of flying up and roosting on me instead of getting their feathered butts into their coop!

My turkeys are hatching!!!! YAY! Three so far. i hope the last two hatch, one of the six was a dud.

Ugh PRC that is such a mean thing to do to a dog!! I would have been mad reading that too!! I have had dogs kill my peacocks and some chickens, and I did not kill the dogs....I wanted to, but I did not! I was very upset about the peacocks, but the dogs were in the pen just wagging their tail and looking like they had just done the greatest thing!! Dumb dogs! I have warned one dog owner about my ducks and geese, and I still have to tell teh Lawyer dog owner! UGH!! His dogs get loose all the time, and they lunge at my birds. I pray they do not kill my birds!!!!


Rachel, thanks! I am going to raise these turkeys and breed them because there are not many Narragansett turkeys left and hardly any breeders. Hopefully I will at least get a male and a female!! I have three poults so far! I hope the other two hatch!!

Like the chicks rachel, like the black and white one is that a houdin. How's the coop coming? Paty, I got my third warning yesterday for "calling names", might get banned cuz I will NOT shut up! I HATE idiots. I think you should have to pass an IQ test before being aloud to own a pit-bull. But what-ever I guess.
