Good Morning guys! After being gone all weekend I had a lot of reading to catch up on! Friday afternoon I rescued a newborn goat, momma had quads, one didn't make it and she was only 2 1/2 pounds. She has kept me very busy over the weekend...it has been a long time since I have had a newborn keep me up all night!

hi all I just saw this thread and thought thank goodness maybe someone will talk to me on here

I have posted on other threads and no one ever talks to me or answers my questions. I love byc but I get flustered

when everyone else talks to each other but not to me

They belong to a friend of mine, the boy probably wasn't born live, so was so tiny. My husband told me absolutely no goats either, but I went to an auction one day without him and bought a day old boer bottle baby without him knowing. He didn't talk to me for about 3 days, Bella is now 2 months old and he absolutely loves her! As for the new one, the person who owned the momma isn't in any shape to give the baby the care it needs, hubby is a push over, so now we have little Bailey too! She is sleeping contently in my office right now! So, I have 2 bottle babies to keep up with.

thanks for the welcomes. I want to get some goats to but I have to build a pen first for them. my husband says I am gonna have a petting zoo before I am done.
