My silkie Raven is broody so I asked my aunt if she could bring down some of her eggs since I don't have a rooster. Now I have some questions about how she will get them down here on the plane.
  1. How does she need to pack them?
  2. where will she keep them on the plane?
  3. does she need to clean them off if they are dirty when she collects them or will that harm the egg?
  4. Is there anything I should know that will increasing my chances of all the eggs hatching?

If they are going from one state to another or one country to another there may be additional regulations.

Perhaps start by contacting the specific airline.
Actually I would go the other way. Tell the traveler that as far as anyone is concerned the eggs are for eating.

For the OP, what airport is the traveler flying out of?

Have you checked with TSA to see if they'll be allowed as carry on? I would think that's the first thing to find out. Also, how do they get sent through the mail?
I have taken eggs on the plane many times with no trouble. Of course mine were not fertilized. TSA were very good about it, but fertilized eggs run through the xray and the try to hatch is probably not a good idea. Might get Godzilla

The x-ray they go through when shipped via USPS is way more powerful with much longer duration than the checkpoint x-ray. Nothing to worry about there.
