Bringing white rock into a majority bantam flock (+faverolle)

Hi there,

I have a flock of 6, 5 bantams (mix of Pekin and D'Uccle) plus 1 faverolles.

I wouldn't mind a couple bigger chooks and the possibility of getting some white rock pullets has come up. I've read they are a docile breed. Keen to hear peoples thoughts on mixing these ones.?

Nb- D'Uccle are very docile and friendly and the Pekins have abit of pep but quieten down after initial introductions. Faverolles need no explanation!

In my experience, white rocks are very friendly!
They are very friendly to humans, Agnes is very nice even to other chickens, but Rose.... She can be a bully!
They do tend to go broody, and make great moms.

Interesting! Do you think it makes a difference if the white rocks are introduced young into the flock?
