Brining more than one bird

Thanks Saddina for the useful info... answered one of my questions (how long can it sit in the fridge before going sour).

I used sea salt for my brine. I can fit 4 birds in a 21 qt water bath canner in our keg fridge.
 
I find that 6 GAL home brew buckets do a great job (they're strictly poultry, and the brew ones are strictly brew). Once done with the nastiness, a glass of summer lemonaide brew is pretty nice.
