Brinsea Eco 20 with autoturn!!

I would not close everything up. Two factors affect incubation humidity: water evaporation within the cabinet (from eggs as well as from additional water) and levels of ventilation. The water content of the air being drawn through the incubator will also have an effect. You do need to have fresh air flowing through. If you need to raise the humidity levels you can do this by placing strips of evaporating card or cloth into one or both of the water troughs. Good luck!

Test first batch is hatching very well. The bator held temperature very well throughout. I may have to manage humidity slightly differently in the future, but I am pleased with my first results.
