Hi I would like to know why one of my chick died after hatching. It hatched healthy after several hours it died. It also puffed up little bit but not fully
I though it went to sleep. Also you know when an egg hatch humidity rises. Humidity rose to around 88-94. Wasnt it I suppose to leave chick to dry out then move to brooder . Did it died cuz of humidity? Also as you maybe aware in this mini advance incubator the ventilation is only 1 small hole rest on top there black section which I even opened. Still ventilation was at 88-90. Please can someone help me.

I think this is more likely a problem with the health of the chick than it is with the incubator. I use the same incubator and have had no problem with letting chicks dry out before moving them to the brooder. The ventilation is more than sufficient. High humidity shouldn't bother them once they've hatched unless the temperature is too high (do you monitor with a second thermometer to make sure it matches?). All sorts of things can go wrong during incubation, even after hatch. Sorry you lost a little one.
