Brinsea thermometer, accuracy?

My Brinsea thermostat messed up after the third hatch. I have to use a spot check to keep the temp correct.

So if this is my second hatch I will be ok?

I think i will go get one more thermometer today, just to make sure. I have not done a hatch since the great power outage of this summer, so I want to make sure I get a better hatch rate. Although 2 eggs out of a dozen trader joes eggs that went with out power for 20 hours is actually not horrible.
