Brio Brooder 1c Any Suggestions to get Temperature up Higher?

The cages in the background (only two of them) are pet rats. Lol.
I haven't used the brooder before, the white wire hanging off the side is actually because the original top half of this got the corner smashed in, but I had a small animal cage of exactly the same type so exchanged lids.
